IMPORTANT ATHLETICS INFORMATION

The athletic season for soccer, cross-country and basketball is about to begin!

Please take note of the following tryout dates and times and help your athlete plan accordingly!

 

Please note: Athletic teams are not offered for grade 5 students; with the exception of Cross Country.  Grade 5 students can train with the team, however, they are not allowed to participate in the meet.

 

Athletes are required to complete the following form(s):

·       Fairness and Safety in Sport Athlete Eligibility Confirmation (for females only)

·       Annual Authorization for Athletic Tryout

o   Please note: we recommend that students select ALL of the sports listed on the form

These forms are available in print form at the school.  Forms do not have to be completed for tomorrow’s first soccer tryout but should be completed ASAP.

Coaches will make final decisions after the last tryout and share the final team rosters in a timely manner. Student athletes and parents will be required to sign the Athletic Student Code of Conduct.
