Town Hall Meetings & Meet the Teacher Night

Please join us on Thursday, September 26 for our Town Hall Meetings!  This is an opportunity to meet your child’s entire grade team and to learn more about what the year will look like. Each grade will have a designated time for the Town Hall portion of the evening. Each Town Hall will be about 30 minutes and will take place in the main gym, with the exception of Grade 9 which will be hosted in the Aux gym.

Grade 5: 4:30-5:00

Grade 6: 5:45-6:15

Grade 7: 6:30-7:00

Grade 8: 7:15-7:45

Grade 9: 5:00-5:30 (in Aux gym)

Depending on the time of your town hall meeting, parents are welcome to meet the teachers and see your child’s classroom space.  There will be time either before or after the town hall meeting.

Please note: there is no booking required in MyCBE for the town hall meetings or meet the teacher portion.

Band Parent Meeting

Please note, the Grade 7-9 Band parent meeting will be held at 5:30 on Thursday, September 26 in the Band Room. This meeting will be about 30 minutes and will not impact town hall meetings for those grades.

Book Fair

Please visit the Scholastic Book Fair in the Learning Commons.  There will be books suitable for all ages.
