This is a reminder that report cards are available in PowerSchool on Tuesday, February 24. Parent–Teacher-Student Conferences will take place in person on Thursday, February 26 in the evening from 4:30 pm – 8:00 pm and virtually/online on Friday, February 27 during the day from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. There are NO in person meetings on Friday, February 27, only virtual. 

Parents/Guardians are encouraged to attend conferences alongside their child. Student participation is important, as it allows them to be actively involved in conversations with their teachers and parents/guardians about their learning and progress. 

Please review the information below carefully before booking, as availability differs by grade and teacher. Bookings are already open. 

Grade 5 & 6 Families and PLP Families  

You may book:  

• An in-person conference on Thursday evening, or  
• A virtual conference on Friday  

Both formats are available for all Grade 5 and 6 teachers, and PLP.  

Grade 7 Families  

You may book:  

• An in-person conference on Thursday evening, or 
• A virtual conference on Friday 

Grade 8 Families  

Your booking options depend on your child’s teacher(s). Please refer to the lists below:  

Teachers offering BOTH in-person (Thursday) and virtual (Friday) conferences:  

Ms. Wade — Math 8-1, 8-2, 8-3, 8-4, 8-5  

Ms. Cross — Science 8-3, 8-6

Ms. McKendry — Social 8-2

Grade 9 Families  

You may book:

If you have children in multiple grades, please ensure you are booking according to each teacher’s designated availability.

In order to book a parent teacher conference, you will need to log into your MyCBE account and then follow these steps:  

• • • Click on “Book and Manage Meeting Times.”  
    • Select “Book a conference”
