- In order to book a parent teacher conference you will need to log into your MyCBE account and then follow these steps:
- Click on “Book and Manage Meeting Times.”
- Select “Book a conference”
- If you have any questions reach out to the homeroom teacher
- Krispy Kreme orders to be picked up at the school during conferences

- No School due to conferences
- All conferences on Friday are online, by appointment only, 8:00am-12:00pm
November 27 and November 28 Parent-Teacher Conferences
Dear Families,
Parent–Teacher Conferences will take place in person on Thursday evening from 4:30 pm – 8:00 pm and virtually on Friday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Please review the information below carefully before booking, as availability differs by grade and teacher. Booking will open tomorrow morning.
Grade 5 & 6 Families and PLP Families
You may book:
- An in-person conference on Thursday evening, or
- A virtual conference on Friday
Both formats are available for all Grade 5 and 6 teachers, and PLP.
Grade 7 Families
You may book:
- An in-person conference on Thursday evening only
Grade 7 families cannot book virtual conferences on Friday, as these times are reserved for the Grade 8 classes these teachers also teach.
Grade 8 Families
Your booking options depend on your child’s teacher(s). Please refer to the lists below:
Teachers offering BOTH in-person (Thursday) and virtual (Friday) conferences:

- Ms. Cross — Science 8-3, 8-6
- Ms. Gould — ELA 8-4
- Ms. L. Smith — Science/Social 8-4 & 8-5

- Ms. McKendry — Social 8-2
- Ms. Morrison — Social 8-1, Social 8-3, Social 8-6, ELA 8-2
Teachers offering VIRTUAL (Friday) ONLY:
- Ms. Lamoureux — Science 8-2
- Ms. Kindree — ELA 8-6
- Ms. Tailor — Math 8-6

- Ms. Moar — Science 8-1
Grade 9 Families
You may book:
- An in-person conference on Thursday evening, or
- A virtual conference on Friday
Both formats are available for all Grade 9 teachers.
If you have children in multiple grades, please ensure you are booking according to each teacher’s designated availability.
