Happy Halloween, everyone! There were many costumes at school today and everyone looked frighteningly fabulous! A HUGE thank you for participating (and surviving) another spirit week! It's been a big week filled with lots of fun. Next week will be much calmer and quieter as we near Fall Break. Looks like a much needed quiet, chill week ahead!

Important Information:

1. Remembrance day will be observed at school on Tuesday, November 10. We will be collecting food for the Veteran's food bank, and/or are encouraging students to donate $1 for their poppy if possible. Money collected goes to our local Legion to support veterans with things like medications and medical supplies, food, housing, and emergency supports. 

Assembly #1: 9:45-10:15am grades 5, 6, PLP 

Assembly #2: 10:45-11:15am Grades 7, 8, 9 

2. Reminder- our doors open at 8:55am. Students are starting to come earlier and earlier. Please talk with your student to ensure that they are leaving home at an appropriate time for an arrival of 8:55am. Doors are locked at 9:10am! 
3. Calling ALL chocolate lovers!  We’re teaming up with Purdys Chocolatier to fundraise for Samuel W. Shaw Band Association.
